According to Saylor, Bitcoin does not need the bill; rather, he mentioned that only America needs the crypto law to ensure smoother crypto operations in the country.

Saylor’s statement comes after the Senate failed to pass the Clarity Act as long expected, causing it to be delayed past the summer recess without a vote.
