Bitcoin Price Tests $64K as Bulls Target $67K

According to the crypto analyst That Martini Guy, the Bitcoin price is retesting the crucial $64,000 pivot after sweeping below $63,000 and attracting buyers. BTC rebounded sharply to $64,529 before facing renewed selling pressure and slipping back toward $64,000.

Holding this pivot could allow bulls to target $65,000 initially, followed by $65,700, where a decisive reclaim would strengthen Bitcoin’s short-term bullish structure significantly.

In case of failure at $64,000, bitcoin is expected to fall back to the support level of $63,000. Failure of the four-hour closing above $63,000 will mean that the recovery pattern is invalid, and BTC might fall to $61,000.

At the moment, there are four important levels of focus for traders, which include $63,000 support, $64,000 pivot, $65,700 as confirmation, and $67,200 as resistance ahead.

Jane Street Reveals $1B+ Bitcoin ETF Holdings

The data from the SEC further highlighted that over $1 billion is held by Jane Street in their US spot Bitcoin ETF holdings as of June 30, showing that there is a huge amount of institutional investment in Bitcoin via ETFs.

Some $828 million has been invested in BlackRock’s IBIT ETF, and the rest has been distributed among various other ETFs like Fidelity’s FBTC and Grayscale’s GBTC.

The disclosure reflects increasing involvement of institutions in the Bitcoin market through investment channels that are familiar to them. However, Jane Street’s holdings amount to owning ETF shares and not owning actual Bitcoin.

The significant allocation of Jane Street in Bitcoin spot ETFs reflects the involvement of large financial institutions in gaining access to Bitcoin through ETFs and without handling actual Bitcoins.

What Comes Next for Bitcoin?

Next, Bitcoin is going to depend on whether BTC can hold the pivot at $64,000 and move back to $65,700. In case of a break past resistance, the BTC price is expected to move to $67,200, while a loss below $63,000 will leave BTC vulnerable to $61,000. Increased ETF institutional exposure could bolster market confidence.
