What to know:
- ADA price holds $0.167 support, keeping a potential rebound toward $0.19 and $0.21 in play.
- A break below $0.167 support could increase selling pressure and push ADA toward $0.143 or $0.125.
- Cardano’s stablecoin market cap has topped $62.5 million, signaling stronger on-chain liquidity and ecosystem growth.

Cardano (ADA) could rebound as buyers defend key support within its descending channel, although a breakdown may revive bearish pressure. Meanwhile, expanding stablecoin liquidity, led by USDCx, signals growing demand, stronger on-chain liquidity, and improving prospects for DeFi activity across the network.
At the time of writing, ADA is trading at $0.1737 with a 24-hour trading volume of $201.63 million and a market capitalization of $6.35 billion. Despite the 1.14% loss over the last 24 hours, the ADA price structure and network growth point to a bullish reversal ahead.

ADA Price Could Rebound to $0.21 if Support Holds
According to the crypto analyst Crypto Feras, Cardano (ADA) has extended its recent decline, while its latest price action appears to be forming a potential bear flag.
The token is consolidating inside a descending channel, with support near $0.167 emerging as a crucial level. If buyers defend this zone, ADA could rebound toward $0.19 before testing resistance around $0.21 in coming sessions.

But if ADA makes a break below the level of $0.167 support, there would be a chance for bears to gain momentum and nullify the bull scenario.
This would mean that ADA would go for targets of $0.143 and further, to $0.125, if the downtrend gathers pace. The level of $0.165 will be kept under close watch.
Cardano Stablecoin Market Cap Surpasses $62.5M
The data from MIntern further highlighted that the market capitalization of stablecoins of Cardano has crossed $62.5 million, which shows that there is high liquidity and demand in the Cardano blockchain system.
It indicates that the demand for stablecoins is rising as people need dollar-backed assets for various purposes. Higher amounts of stablecoins can also create more liquidity for the Cardano blockchain projects.

The USDCx by Circle is responsible for most of this progress, holding roughly $44 million of reserves on Cardano.
This leadership role will ensure that users gain access to liquidity denominated in dollars while improving the stablecoin ecosystem of Cardano. Growth of USDCx and other stablecoins will further encourage more DeFi engagement in the months ahead.
What Happens Next for ADA?
The next step for ADA will be dependent on whether the buyers support the $0.167 level. If supported, the price of ADA could move up towards $0.19 and even $0.21, and a breakdown could lead to a test of $0.143 and even $0.125. USDCx could keep rising, which could benefit DeFi on Cardano.
