Polygon (POL) price is showing renewed bullish momentum after a key breakout, with buyers defending the reclaimed support zone. Meanwhile, Revolut has launched its EURR stablecoin on Polygon, strengthening euro-based blockchain payments and deepening the network’s connection with traditional financial services.

At the time of writing, POL is trading at $0.1110 with a 24-hour trading volume of $172.02 million and a market capitalization of $1.18 billion. Despite the 10.35% loss over the last 24 hours, the POL price structure and network adoption point to a bullish reversal ahead.

POL Price Eyes $0.185 After Key Breakout

According to the crypto analyst Alpha Crypto Signal, the POL price is showing renewed bullish momentum after breaking above a major horizontal resistance zone with strong volume.

The move signals growing buyer interest and suggests the breakout could mark the beginning of another upward leg. If POL continues holding above the reclaimed area, the bullish structure remains intact, keeping higher price levels within reach for traders.

Now, the resistance breakout zone becomes an important support zone for the POL price, where buyers will try to hold ground if there is a correction.

An extended period of trading above this zone can be bullish and drive the price towards the $0.185 target level. On the other hand, a clear break below the breakout zone can undermine the bullish setup.

Revolut Launches EURR Stablecoin on Polygon

The data from Polygon further highlighted that EURR, a stablecoin backed by euros, has been launched by Revolut on the Polygon network as part of its effort to bridge traditional finance and blockchain payment systems.

The idea behind EURR is that it will have a stable value of €1, and users will be able to represent their euros digitally on the blockchain network.

EURR will be issued by Bridge Building S.A., which is Stripe-owned and regulated. According to Revolut, the stablecoin will enable transactions in fiat currency, cryptocurrency, third-party wallets, and other on-chain services.

Launching the stablecoin will benefit euro-backed stablecoins and position Revolut for widespread use of blockchain technology in financial infrastructure.

Despite the bullish price predictions and strong network growth, the POLI price is moving in a downward direction. This move is impacted by the cautious environment in the crypto market as Bitcoin is moving sideways after the recent surge.

What Happens Next?

The POL price is likely to hinge on the buyers’ ability to defend the newly formed breakout pattern.

Maintaining the support level would reinforce the bulls’ strength, pushing POL toward $0.185, but if that doesn’t hold, the trade pattern will become invalid. In addition, Revolut’s EURR tokenization on Polygon would drive more traffic on the network.
