SpaceX (NASDAQ: SPCX) stock gained by 0.45% on August 29 to close trading at $141. Amid these slight gains, investment bank Morgan Stanley has revealed that SpaceX has a $100 billion catalyst that has yet to be priced in. Meanwhile, CEO Elon Musk now forecasts major revenue growth for SpaceX in the next seven years.
Elon Musk Forecasts $3.5T SpaceX Revenue by 2033
In a recent post on X, Musk predicted that SpaceX could attain a revenue of $3.5 trillion by 2033. Prior to Musk’s forecast, Morgan Stanley had stated that SpaceX would attain this $3.5 trillion revenue milestone by 2040.
Musk has also previously predicted that SpaceX could record a revenue of $1 trillion by 2030, while adding that it could still attain this milestone by 2029.
As CoinGape reported earlier, SpaceX reported revenue of $7.8 billion in Q2 2026, while its full-year revenue for 2025 came in at $18.67 billion.
The recent acquisition of Cursor by SpaceX is also contributing to the bullish outlook on the company’s future revenues after the CFO, Bret Johnsen, said that SpaceX could attain a $100 billion annualized revenue run rate by the end of 2026 because of the Cursor acquisition.
Morgan Stanley Flags $100B Catalyst for SPCX Stock
Morgan Stanley has said that the market has yet to price in the acquisition of a $100 billion Starbase facility in Louisiana by SpaceX.
The investment bank noted that the PSCX stock was “attractively valued,” adding that investors are underestimating the size of Starship and the potential growth.
Per Morgan Stanley’s analysis, SpaceX could attain 5,800 annual Starship launches by 2040 if it conducts two launches per pad every day. These launches will also drive the $3.5 trillion in revenue that they are projecting.
Morgan Stanley recently reiterated a $300 target for SpaceX stock, while also saying that Cursor AI could support more gains for the stock to $600.
SpaceX Stock Forecast as Bullish Momentum Holds
SpaceX stock is moving within an ascending channel on the one-hour chart. This channel suggests that the stock is in an uptrend as buying pressure outpaces the selling pressure.
The RSI reading of 58 suggests that the momentum is favoring bulls. The RSI line has also crossed above the signal line, with this also showing that the bullish momentum is gaining strength.
SpaceX stock closed trading on Friday after testing the resistance at the midline of this rising channel. If it closes above it, it could move to $143, before a sustained uptrend pushes it tp the psychological resistance of $150.

However, the ADX line that is tipping south suggests that the bullish momentum shown by this rising channel is weak. If SpaceX stock fails to close above the midline of the channel and instead falls below the support at the lower trendline, it could move to the IPO price of $135.
