HYPE price stays above $80 as activity remains high across the Hyperliquid network. New ETF inflows are also bringing more attention to the token. The price of HYPE is currently trading at $80.84, which is a 4.32% rise over the last 24 hours.
This comes as activity remains high across the Hyperliquid network, while a recent report from Hyperliquid Daily has shown positive net flows for HYPE-linked ETFs.

HYPE Price Holds Ground Above Important Levels
As seen from the TradingView chart, HYPE price continues its upward trend after breaking above the $69.18 resistance level. The cryptocurrency then moved into the $80-$90 region, but the latest candlesticks show some cooling off after the previous move higher.
Currently, $69.18 is an important level for HYPE price action. A sustained move above the level keeps the recent breakout setup intact, while a move below it could weaken the current setup. In case of a further correction, there is another level at $57.58 that acts as support.
What Does the HYPE TradingView Chart Show?
Firstly, the chart shows a slowdown in the near-term momentum of HYPE. The MACD line has moved below the signal line, and the histogram has shown a negative reading following the stronger momentum witnessed during the previous rally.
It should be noted that this situation does not indicate an end to the trend in the long run. HYPE is well above $69.18, which means that the current structure is stronger compared with the period before the breakout. The next focus will be whether buyers can hold the price around $80 and push it towards new highs.
TradingView also shows that volume increased during the late-August and early-September rise. Since then, volume has eased from those higher levels, suggesting that trading activity has cooled compared with the earlier rally.

How Has Hyperliquid L1 Activity Changed?
Data from DeFiLlama can shed more light on Hyperliquid L1, the blockchain and ecosystem related to HYPE. In particular, the chart features TVL, DEX volume, and active addresses, thus providing a more general picture of the activity taking place across the network.
As shown on the DeFiLlama chart, Hyperliquid’s TVL has grown from around $1.2 billion earlier in the period shown to about $1.4 billion in the latest data. The chart also shows higher DEX volume and active-address activity compared with earlier periods.
This provides useful context for HYPE’s price movement. Even though increased network activity does not necessarily mean a further increase in the token’s price, it shows that the recent price move is taking place while activity across the wider Hyperliquid ecosystem remains elevated.

Are HYPE ETF Inflows Signs of Positive Sentiment?
According to a September 11 post on X from Hyperliquid Daily, “HYPE ETFs recorded +$356.56K in total net inflows as of Sep 11.” The data showed Bitwise BHYP at +$331.89K, Grayscale HYPG at +$82.43K, and 21Shares THYP at -$55.77K.
Hyperliquid Daily described the result as “A positive net flow overall,” with Bitwise accounting for most of the reported inflows. The figures give the HYPE market another metric to track, despite the fact that the inflows were not positive across all products.
The ETF activity also comes as HYPE remains above its previous breakout level. This puts the reported ETF demand alongside the token’s current technical structure, although the available data does not establish that the ETF inflows caused the recent price increase.

What Should Analysts Monitor With HYPE Price Action?
First and foremost, the focus will be on whether HYPE price can maintain its position above $80 after the latest rise. Should buyers make a reappearance, the crypto asset could attempt its recent highs. If the price continues to move lower, attention will shift to the next potential support area at $69.18.
The MACD indicator already points to a slowdown in short-term momentum, meaning that the continuation of the uptrend may require renewed buying activity.
At the same time, DeFiLlama’s data shows rising TVL alongside continued DEX and active-address activity, while Hyperliquid Daily provides ETF flow data that adds another factor for the market to follow.
For now, HYPE remains above the key $69.18 breakout level, keeping the recent upward structure intact.
The next move will depend largely on whether buyers can defend the current levels and bring momentum back into the market, while the Hyperliquid network and ETF flows remain important areas to monitor.
Cryptocurrency markets remain highly volatile, and traders should monitor price action, market sentiment, and upcoming catalysts before making investment decisions.
