A major update has come from leading crypto media platform CoinGape for its ongoing awards program. It has extended the nomination deadline for its Global Onchain Awards 2026, giving companies and industry leaders additional time to submit their entries.
The nomination window will now remain open until September 16 at 11:59 PM, with public voting set to begin on September 17.
The extension comes as the awards programme has crossed 100+ nominations across more than 20 categories. The program is bringing a growing number of companies and leaders into consideration for this year’s honours.
The interest continues to build around the programme with new applications still coming. CoinGape has extended the deadline to allow more eligible companies and individuals to put forward their work before nominations formally close.
