KAS price has been hit hard by the crypto market sell-off. After collapsing from $0.20 in July 2024 to $0.025 by 2026, KAS rallied toward $0.38 in H2 2026 before slipping back under the 200-day EMA band by mid-September.

KAS Price Gets Caught Between Key EMAs

The latest weakness came as crypto prices dumped on September 15 following the U.S. Senate’s failure to advance the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act.

The procedural cloture vote ended 49–50, falling short of the 60 votes required. KAS reacted alongside the broader market, pushing its price back below the 200-day EMA.

Now, KAS is trapped between the 50-day EMA and 200-day EMA bands. That’s an uncomfortable setup, especially if sellers keep pressing.

Multiyear KAS Support Faces Fresh Selling

The major level underneath remains $0.025. KAS token price could revisit that support if selling pressure continues, although the multiyear demand area remains a significant downside barrier for now.

A break below it would change the technical picture considerably. The provided setup also leaves room for KAS to move even lower if that demand finally gives way. For bulls, the job is much simpler.

KAS Price Needs $200-Day EMA Reclaim

KAS price needs to recover and sustain itself above the 200-day EMA band before the bullish structure can regain traction.

If that happens, the next upside levels sit around $0.053 and $0.075. But until KAS can reclaim that band, the recent rally remains vulnerable to another wave of selling.

For now, KAS price is stuck between a potential recovery and a return toward its long-standing $0.025 support, with the broader market still dictating the immediate direction.
