Cathie Wood’s ARK Invest made several trades across its exchange-traded funds on Monday, October 5, 2026. The firm released details of the trades on Tuesday morning.

ARK sold 90,713 shares of Twist Bioscience through its ARKK and ARKG funds. The sale was worth about $17.1 million.

This was not the first time ARK sold Twist Bioscience shares this month. The firm also sold 46,931 shares of the company on September 29.

What ARK Bought

ARK bought 1,482,357 shares of Recursion Pharmaceuticals. The purchase was worth about $6.1 million and was made through the ARKK and ARKG funds.

Recursion is a pharmaceutical company that uses artificial intelligence for drug discovery. Its shares rose more than 16% on Monday.

The company recently extended a data-licensing deal with Tempus through 2029. Analysts have a 12-month price target of $7.22 for the stock, according to Koyfin.

ARK also bought 96,308 shares of Intellia Therapeutics. The purchase was valued at about $1.18 million.

This adds to earlier purchases. ARK has bought more than 1,178,000 Intellia shares since September 29.

Intellia is waiting on an FDA decision for its lead therapy, which treats hereditary angioedema. The decision date is set for March 10, 2027.

Barclays started coverage of Intellia with an “Underweight” rating. The firm set a price target of $8, which would be a 36% drop from current levels.

ARK also bought 115,472 shares of Veracyte through its ARKG fund. The purchase was worth about $5.29 million.

Veracyte recently reported Phase 3 trial data. The data showed that its Decipher Prostate test can help identify prostate cancer patients who may benefit from adding hormone therapy to radiation treatment.

What ARK Sold

Along with Twist Bioscience, ARK sold shares in two other companies on Monday.

The firm sold 27,277 shares of 10x Genomics. The sale was worth about $2.55 million.

ARK also sold 22,271 shares of CareDx. That sale was valued at about $1.5 million.

Twist Bioscience shares rose 8.7% on Monday. The stock has gained more than 60% over the past month.

The rally has been linked to the company’s synthetic-DNA platform. Twist also has an agreement to support Eli Lilly’s TuneLab AI drug-discovery platform.

10x Genomics shares rose 4.5% on Monday and have gained more than 48% over the past month. CareDx shares rose 4% on Monday, reaching their highest level in more than four years.

ARK has sold about $6 million worth of Twist Bioscience shares over the past few weeks through its ARKG fund. The firm continues to release its daily trade data each morning.
