TL;DR:
- Cross-Chain Connectivity: The 1Click Swap API integrated Robinhood Chain, enabling asset swaps against more than 180 tokens distributed across 30+ decentralized networks.
- Initial Supported Assets: Technical documentation enabled public and confidential trades for tokens including HOOD, USDG, WETH, USDe, PONS, and CASHCAT.
- Resolution of Prior Security Incident: On October 2, 2026, NEAR Intents management confirmed the full recovery of $3.8 million stolen in a recent exploit.
The NEAR Intents protocol integrated Robinhood Chain into its trading infrastructure starting October 8, 2026, enabling direct transactions between the Layer 2 solution and dozens of external ecosystems.

The technical deployment was executed via the 1Click Swap API, a tool designed to route direct cross-chain deposits, withdrawals, and swaps. According to NEAR Intents technical documentation, the Robinhood network operates as an Ethereum Layer 2 built on Arbitrum technology, designated under the chain identifier hood and utilizing ETH for gas fee payments.
Through this connection, users can swap trading pairs based on ETH and the stablecoin USDG against a catalog of more than 180 supported assets across the platform. According to the development team, the 180-instrument figure corresponds to the global reach of the liquidity protocol rather than assets minted exclusively on Robinhood Chain.
Exchange Architecture and Confidential Execution
The system introduced support for confidential routes and limit orders applicable to transactions linked to the new network. Official documentation notes that this feature enables protected transfers for selected tokens, including HOOD, USDG, WETH, USDe, PONS, and CASHCAT.
Third-party developers have access to Software Development Kits (SDKs) in TypeScript, Go, and Rust. Using these libraries, decentralized platforms can request automated quotes, execute cross-chain settlements, and track transfer statuses without relying on traditional centralized bridges.
This integration deepens the interoperability of the Robinhood ecosystem following earlier industry developments. According to market reports, August 2026 saw the integration of cbBTC onto this network through Chainlink’s CCIP interoperability protocol, expanding collateralization alternatives for financial applications.
Meanwhile, the technical rollout coincided with the full resolution of a security incident reported earlier in the month. On October 2, 2026, NEAR Intents CEO Alex Shevchenko confirmed that the entire $3.8 million taken during an exploit was returned by the perpetrator ahead of the October 4 deadline. A transaction recorded on BNB Chain confirmed the restitution of the funds, after which the team concluded its internal forensic audit.
As of October 8, 2026, the NEAR Intents technical team has not established a formal timeline for adding new asset listings on Robinhood Chain.
