Only 1.45 Billion Shiba Inu (SHIB) Burned in 24 Hours Hints at Reversal

Shiba Inu is trading near $0.00000541. It fell hard in early October from its late-September high near $0.00000626. The selling may be slowing, though. Exchange data suggests more SHIB is leaving exchanges than entering, which often means holders are not rushing to sell.

SHIB’s technical picture

SHIB sits below the long-term average near $0.00000560, and that line is the main trend test. Price has been rejected in the $0.00000550 to $0.00000560 area several times. Support is at $0.00000530.

Price held there on the latest candle. A deeper wick reached $0.00000510 on October 6, and this is the next floor. Below it sits the round $0.00000500 level.

On-chain data gives mixed signals. Net flow is about -27.3 billion SHIB, which means more coins moved out of exchanges than in. Exchange reserves dipped slightly. However, the 7-day average inflow rose about 13% in the last day, so some sellers are still active.

If SHIB closes above $0.00000560 with strong volume, buyers take control. The next targets are $0.00000580, then $0.00000600.

Key levels to watch

Continued net outflows would support this view. If price closes below $0.00000510, the reversal idea fails. The next support area is between $0.00000470 and $0.00000450, where the summer lows formed.

Exchange flow data tracks how many coins move onto and off crypto exchanges. Coins sent to an exchange are often ready to be sold. Coins withdrawn to a personal wallet are often held for longer.

Over the last 24 hours, about 133.8 billion SHIB flowed into exchanges, while about 161.1 billion flowed out. That gap is the net flow, which came in at about -27.3 billion SHIB. In plain terms, more coins left exchanges than arrived, and that is a mildly bullish sign.

The seven-day trend tells a similar story. Exchange reserves, which are the total SHIB held on exchanges, have been sliding for about a week. The reserve value in dollars fell about 1.5% in the last day and sits near $471.5 million. When reserves shrink, there are fewer coins available for quick selling, which can support price over time.
