FedEx’s arrival on Hedera’s governing council anchors an unnamed crypto commentator’s latest case for HBAR: major companies are taking roles in the network, even while its token trades near eight cents in the video. Rip The Bull points to enterprise governance and banking infrastructure as reasons to expect broader adoption.
Citing Forbes and Hedera’s website, Rip says FedEx operates a node and receives an equal council vote alongside members including Google, IBM and Dell. The video attributes a description of Hedera as a “neutral enterprise grade trust layer” to FedEx’s chief digital officer.
Council seats and banking access are different signals
Hedera’s council can accommodate up to 39 members, according to material cited in the video. The host highlights Boeing’s participation since 2019 and energy company Repsol’s reported entry as evidence of interest across industries.

Those relationships matter, but a governance seat does not establish how much commercial activity a company sends through the network. The video offers no transaction-volume or fee-revenue figures connecting these memberships to demand for HBAR.
The more concrete financial-infrastructure claim concerns Taurus. According to the announcement quoted by the host, the Swiss digital-asset provider integrated Hedera’s technology stack, giving its more than 40 banking and regulated financial-institution clients access to custody, token issuance and smart contracts.
Rip The Bull says that functionality includes holding and staking HBAR. Availability, however, is not confirmation that those institutions have begun staking or issuing assets on Hedera.
April 2027 is not an HBAR price deadline
Rip The Bull highlights April 2027 as a target for full on-chain delivery associated with a UK wholesale-markets initiative. Yet the commentator acknowledges that the cited article does not explicitly name Hedera. That leaves the date as wider market context, not a confirmed Hedera deployment milestone.
On price, the YouTube video places HBAR near $0.08 and identifies $0.09 as a level needed to reclaim a referenced “200” indicator. The host also cites a weekly 161.8% Fibonacci target near $0.80 and predicts an eventual move to $1.
Those are the Rip’s technical interpretation and forecast, not outcomes established by the corporate announcements. For investors, the distinction is whether enterprise access develops into sustained network usage—and whether that usage creates meaningful token demand.
