De Bode, who was initially Chief Strategy Officer at Ondo in late 2023 or early 2024, became President in November 2025. Before he took up the leadership of Ondo, he was heading the digital assets team at McKinsey.

Ondo went on to say that the succession is a result of a very organized change implementation rather than a reaction to a crisis, and they also reiterated that the team is very strong and Ondo founder Nathan Allman was the one who put them together. “The mission of Ondo, Nate’s mission, has not changed,” De Bode posted on X.
