Bitcoin ETF holdings worth about $10.42 million dominated Clear Creek Financial Management’s disclosed crypto allocation at the end of the reporting period. The registered adviser spread the investment across products issued by Bitwise, BlackRock, and Grayscale, its latest Form 13F showed.

Bitwise’s fund formed the core of the allocation. Clear Creek disclosed 304,155 BITB shares with a reported value of $9.69 million. The position represented about 93% of its Bitcoin ETF exposure.

The remaining amount was divided between two funds. Clear Creek owned 14,341 shares of BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF worth $477,412. Its 5,460 Grayscale Bitcoin Trust ETF shares carried a value of $248,539.

Securities reported in the filing had a combined value of about $1.56 billion. The three Bitcoin ETF positions represented roughly 0.67% of that amount. Form 13F does not cover every asset managed by the firm.

Ethereum products ranked second among Clear Creek’s disclosed crypto holdings. Its three positions were worth nearly $4.3 million at the end of the period. Most of that value came from Bitwise’s fund.

The firm listed 337,162 shares of the Bitwise Ethereum ETF valued at $3.8 million. It also owned 14,336 iShares Ethereum Trust shares worth $170,455.

Another 21,374 shares were held through the Grayscale Ethereum Staking ETF. The filing valued that investment at $321,251. It was smaller than the Bitwise position.

Clear Creek extended its allocation beyond the two largest crypto assets. The adviser disclosed 11,621 shares of the Bitwise XRP ETF. Their reported value stood at $135,501.

Its Solana exposure was spread across two staking funds. The Bitwise Solana Staking ETF position included 11,258 shares worth $112,693. Clear Creek also owned 28,144 Grayscale Solana Staking ETF shares valued at $155,636.

The Solana investments were worth $268,329 when combined. All nine crypto funds linked to Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP and Solana were valued at about $15.12 million. That figure is based on the amounts contained in the filing.

Why the Filing Has Limits

This form captures a backward-looking snapshot. Short positions, cash, and other securities not covered by the form are omitted. Clear Creek could have added to, sold off, or exited from these investments after the reporting date.

It does not give any reason for including each specific fund. The number of shares, the issuer, and market value of the reported holdings are captured. This information is not sufficient to gauge the cryptocurrency allocation of the fund manager.

Separately, Morgan Stanley expanded its crypto lineup on July 28. It launched exchange-traded products tied to ether and SOL. Both charge a 0.14% expense ratio and include staking provisions.
