Investors are looking forward to the Federal Reserve meeting of September 15-16, which could redefine interest rates and risk-asset expectations. Another possible triggering event in crypto markets is a September 15 procedural vote on the CLARITY Act by senators.
Analysts Eye Ethereum Price Breakout: Could ETH Reach $3,000?
Crypto Analyst Ali Charts says Ethereum is forming a triangle on the 12-hour timeframe. The trend has brought a potential shift to $3,000 into focus.
Ethereum price was trading around the $2,474 mark, and the upward support was colliding with the new highs. Ali Charts pointed to an earlier triangle breakout that preceded a 31% gain in three days.
ETHEREUM TARGETS $3,000
The last triangle breakout sent Ethereum surging 31% in just three days.
Now, another triangle is forming.
If $ETH breaks out again, a similar move could send it to $3,000. https://t.co/BXa3sGjPMf pic.twitter.com/E4zlJHNFNc

The analyst suggested another breakout could produce a similar rally. A lasting break above resistance would be a boost to the argument in support of $3,000, and a decline below the emerging support would be a negative blow to the formation. The target is not a certain price prediction, but a possibility.
Ethereum ETF Inflows Reach $216M With ETHA Leading the Day
On September 11, Ethereum exchange-traded funds received net inflows of $216.41 million, as per SoSoValue statistics. BlackRock had ETHA with the highest amount of $148.82 million and ETF with Bitwise had ETFW at $29.09 million.
BlackRock ETHB reported a total of $18.32 million, and Fidelity FETH reported a total of $11.40 million.
Grayscale’s ETH fund drew $5.09 million, and VanEck’s ETHV received $3.71 million. Grayscale ETHE and Franklin EZET did not record any new inflows.

Historical inflows were $13.39 billion, whereas total net assets were $16.31 billion. The value of those assets was 5.28% of the market capitalization of Ethereum. The funds achieved a trading volume of $2.56 billion in the September 11 session.
Ethereum Price Analysis
The ETH price traded at $2,506 on the September 13 four-hour chart, up 0.73% during the current candle.
Ethereum price has been mostly moving sideways since the end of August, after surging upward out of the lows around $2,000.
An upward spike into September 11, which briefly reached $2,600, was eliminated, and the price returned to close to $2,500.
The MACD line was at 6.47, lower than its signal line of 9.24. Its histogram of -2.76 indicates a weakening of the recent upward momentum. Meanwhile, the RSI measured 51.77, keeping ETH just above the neutral 50 level.

A rise beyond $2,510 would put the last target zone of $2,550 into the limelight again, then the latest high of around $2,600 as per the ETH long-range prediction. If Ethereum price drops to less than $2,490, the following support might be the $2,400 level.
