CECO Environmental Corp. plans to shift the primary listing of its common stock from the Nasdaq Global Select Market to the Texas Stock Exchange, the company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Board of Directors approved the voluntary transfer, and CECO expects its shares to stop trading on Nasdaq at the close of market on Friday, October 16, 2026, before beginning to trade on the TXSE at the market open on Monday, October 19, 2026.
Shares will continue trading under the existing ticker symbol CECO and will retain the company’s current CUSIP number. The transfer is not expected to affect CECO’s operations, financial condition, reporting obligations, or stockholders’ rights, and stockholders are not required to take any action.
CECO said the move reflects its alignment with Texas as a center for business, innovation, and capital markets. The company is incorporated in 1966 and its global headquarters is located in Addison, Texas, where it also maintains a large employee base.
Chairman and CEO Todd Gleason said the transfer makes CECO the first multi-industrial company to move its primary listing to the Texas Stock Exchange. TXSE Chairman and CEO James H. Lee said CECO will become the first industrial company to place its primary listing on the exchange.
The transfer is subject to customary conditions, including applicable approvals and regulatory requirements.
