Binance disclosed on October 12, 2026 the launch of Binance AI, a 24/7 personal assistant, alongside expanded trading of over 7,000 U.S. stocks and ETFs settled in stablecoins.
Binance announced on October 12, 2026 the launch of Binance AI, a personal assistant feature integrated into its platform, according to a company blog post. The same date marked a separate announcement describing the exchange’s expansion into multi-asset trading, with over 7,000 U.S. stocks and ETFs now available alongside cryptocurrency on a 24/5 schedule in select jurisdictions.
Binance AI Personal Assistant
Binance AI is described in the October 12, 2026 announcement as a “24/7 Personal Assistant” designed to adapt market information and interface layouts to users’ holdings, preferences, product usage, and experience level. According to a Binance support page dated October 12, 2026, the service includes four initial features: Generative UI, Market Brief, Smart Tool Tips, and Master Trade. Customizable dashboard widgets can summarize portfolio profit and loss, explain 24-hour movements in followed assets, and provide voice alerts. Market Brief supplies on-demand text or audio updates refreshed every four hours; Smart Tool Tips explain unfamiliar products; Master Trade lets users explore selected investors’ allocation approaches.
Binance Intelligence, the broader product suite encompassing Binance AI, was unveiled on October 5, 2026 through a press release distributed via PR Newswire. The October 12 feature announcement describes progressive availability for eligible users. Availability remains region-dependent; these announcements do not establish access for United States users. According to Binance’s AI terms, the service is characterized as supplementary support for users’ own judgment, not a replacement for professional financial, legal, or investment advice.
Multi-Asset Trading on Binance
In a separate October 12, 2026 blog post titled “One Account, Every Market: How Binance is Building a Multi-Asset Super App,” the company stated that over 7,000 U.S. stocks and ETFs now trade alongside crypto within one Binance app and account. Stock trading is available on an extended 24/5 schedule. According to the announcement, stock trades on Binance settle in stablecoins (USDC, USDT, USD1, or $U) or BNB.
The company also disclosed the launch of bStocks, a tokenized securities product offering on-chain access to select U.S. stocks. With bStocks, users can trade positions 24/7, transfer them off-platform into their own wallets, and deploy them into decentralized applications (DApps), according to the announcement. The post states that Nest Trading Limited acts as introducing broker and routes orders to Alpaca Securities LLC for execution, clearing, settlement, and custody. Binance does not handle or custody the securities.
The October 12 announcement cited an earlier blog post stating that in the first week of direct stock trading on Binance, over 80% of trading volume came from emerging-market users. The company attributed this to reduced friction for users who have a phone and internet connection but limited access to traditional bank infrastructure.
Regulatory and Jurisdictional Limitations
The October 12 multi-asset announcement includes extensive disclaimers. Securities are described as subject to high market and liquidity risk and price volatility, particularly outside traditional market hours. The announcement states that the value of investments may go down or up and users may not get back the amount invested. Binance disclaims liability for any losses users may incur and states that users are solely responsible for their investment decisions.
According to the announcement, bStocks are classified as Certificates representing certain Financial Instruments under ADGM regulations and are offered through an Approved Prospectus in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). The announcement states that no public offer is made outside of the ADGM and that tokenized securities are available only to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions on a secondary market basis. The announcement explicitly states that bStocks are not offered, sold, distributed, made available, or accessible in the United States or to U.S. persons, and have not been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.
Binance AI Availability and Roadmap
As of October 13, 2026, Binance AI is described as free and progressively available for eligible users. The service should be distinguished from Binance AI Pro, a separate finance-agent product for generating and executing automated workflows. According to Binance’s product overview page, an all-new AI Pro is scheduled for late October 2026, while the existing beta remains available until further notice. That upcoming version is not yet launched as of October 13, 2026.
The October 12 announcements represent Binance’s expansion from cryptocurrency trading into multi-asset trading and personalized AI-assisted interfaces. The company stated that crypto remains at the center of its identity and that its core mission is advancing equitable financial access and building a more transparent system. The announcements do not provide user adoption metrics for Binance AI or forward guidance on additional markets or asset classes.
