TLDR

  • YZi Talent gives candidates one hiring hub for portfolio roles in Web3, AI and biotechnology.
  • Launch roles include senior engineering positions at predict.fun and founding business leadership at AgriDynamics Robotics.
  • The platform supports YZi Labs’ broader move beyond Binance Labs and pure Web3 investing roots.
  • Portfolio hiring may help founders find engineers, operators and researchers across linked growth sectors faster.
  • YZi Talent arrives as Web3, AI and biotech firms compete for senior technical talent globally.

YZi Labs has launched YZi Talent, a recruitment platform for its portfolio companies. The platform gathers open roles across Web3, artificial intelligence, and biotechnology. It gives candidates one place to find jobs linked to YZi Labs-backed firms.

YZi Talent opens as a shared hiring channel

YZi Labs announced YZi Talent through an official X post on May 25. The firm said the platform is “integrating open positions in Web3, AI, and biotechnology from its portfolio.” The service is aimed at candidates seeking roles across these connected sectors.

The launch starts with senior technical and business roles. Listings include a Backend Chief Engineer role at predict.fun and a Frontend Staff Engineer role. The first group also includes a Founding Business Leader role at AgriDynamics Robotics.

YZi Talent gives portfolio firms a shared channel for hiring. It also gives candidates a clear route into companies backed by the lab. The platform may reduce search time for both founders and job seekers.

Initial jobs focus on predict.fun and AgriDynamics Robotics

predict.fun is one of the first companies listed on YZi Talent. The project works in prediction markets and uses DeFi tools to improve liquidity. Its open roles point to a need for senior engineering talent.

AgriDynamics Robotics also appears in the first set of listings. The company focuses on agricultural robotics, fruit harvesting, and automation. Its founding business role suggests it is building both product and market teams.

Earlier YZi Labs residency materials listed both companies among backed projects. predict.fun was described as a prediction market project. AgriDynamics was described as an agricultural robotics company using automation for farming tasks.

Launch follows wider AI, Web3 and biotech push

YZi Labs has expanded beyond its earlier identity as Binance Labs. The firm has added general partners and new sector coverage. Its current focus includes Web3, AI, and biotech companies.

In March 2025, YZi Labs named Jane He as a general partner for biotechnology investments. A report said the firm was “actively seeking visionary founders” across Web3, AI, and biotech. The move gave the lab a clearer focus on health data, science, and applied AI.

Jane He later spoke about the link between blockchain, AI, and healthcare. She said the mix could help people share health data safely. She added that users could “stay anonymous” and give consent through smart contracts.
