Avalanche (AVAX) is showing signs of a potential bullish reversal as buyers target key resistance and institutional interest strengthens. Growing participation from major asset managers, combined with increased staking activity, could reduce available supply and support stronger market momentum if bullish sentiment continues to build.
At the time of writing, AVAX is trading at $7.29 with a 24-hour trading volume of $304.95 million and a market capitalization of $3.14 billion. Despite the 3.16% loss over the last 24 hours, the AVAX price structure and network growth point to a bullish reversal ahead.

AVAX Price Signals Potential Bullish Reversal
According to the crypto analyst Usman Adk, AVAX seems like it may be reaching the possibility of a trend reversal since it has been hovering around lower prices for quite some time now.
There is an anticipation that the coin will test a major resistance region in the coming weeks. A successful breakthrough will show that there is strong buying pressure forming the base for a recovery.

However, the next challenge is expected to come from the overhead order block, where the sellers will try to defend themselves.
It is important that a break and a sustained level above that level can add strength to the bullish pattern. As the momentum builds up, the $100 level is becoming an interesting level for a reversal.
Avalanche Adoption Gains Institutional Momentum
The data from Avalanche further highlighted that three large asset management firms from the United States, namely Bitwise, VanEck, and Grayscale, have collectively crossed 5 million AVAX in terms of assets held within this week.
As far as staking is concerned, 3.49 million AVAX are already staked at present, which means that a considerable portion of institutional assets is actually backing Avalanche.

VanEck is particularly active in this respect, as about 80% of their AVAX is staked. This contributes to the institutional story of the project as traditional asset management firms become interested in getting access to the blockchain infrastructure and staking. It may also lower the amount of AVAX that can be traded on the market.
Despite the bullish price predictions and strong network growth, the AVAX price is moving in a downward direction. This move is impacted by the cautious environment in the crypto market as Bitcoin is moving sideways after the recent surge.
What Happens Next for Avalanche?
AVAX buyers will be looking out for a breakout from the major resistance area to confirm a reversal formation. Breaking out of this area could add further strength to the bullish pattern and bring about more buyers.
On the other hand, institutional buildup and increased staking activities could lower the supply of AVAX coins in circulation.
