Avalanche (AVAX) briefly tacked on a 7% rally on Tuesday evening, following the breaking news of Securitize increasing their RWA deployments on the network. Judging from on-chain stats, Securitize is closely nearing the $1 billion mark in deployments on Avalanche (AVAX).
Events That Lead To Avalanche’s Red-Hot Uptick
The pace accelerated once Avalanche’s Helicon upgrade went live on Fuji Testnet, bringing the network fundamental tokenomic and validator node-linked changes. This introduces functionality like continuous, decoupled transfer execution, diversifying the transaction from block generation.
Helicon upgrade is also great for those crypto enthusiasts who eagerly use auto-staking. That’s particularly important for node validators, reducing the manual house-keeping while running their nodes in a seamless way. The move is also aimed at stabilizing the transactional AVAX costs.
Avalanche (AVAX) entered the TOP 10 when it comes to stablecoin-savvy blockchains. With the stablecoin market cap reaching $1.42 billion, the Layer-1’s overall cap stands at $2.88 billion – nearly half of that capitalization is already stablecoin-related, says latest CoinGecko price data.
