This approval represents a key milestone for the exchange within the European Union’s compliance framework, joining firms seeking to align with MiCAR standards to ensure greater institutional trust and transparency. According to Daniel Lai, CEO of BingX EU, the objective is to establish a secure and locally regulated operating environment, allowing the platform to regain commercial access across the region following previous restrictions imposed during the regulatory transition period.
As a next step, BingX EU will continue coordinating with the FMA and other EU regulators to complete EU passporting procedures before announcing the official launch date and rollout timeline for its services across EEA markets.
