Chainlink (LINK) is showing renewed bullish momentum as buyers defend the recovery structure. A decisive breakout could accelerate the uptrend, while continued institutional accumulation through Bitwise’s ETF strengthens confidence. Rising demand for Chainlink’s oracle and real-world asset infrastructure could further support its long-term bullish outlook.

At the time of writing, LINK is trading at $12.06 with a 24-hour trading volume of $1.04 billion and a market capitalization of $9.03 billion. Following the 12.03% gain over the last 24 hours, the LINK price structure and institutional accumulation point to a bullish reversal ahead.

LINK Price Breakout Could Open Path to $28

According to the Rand Group, Chainlink (LINK) is showing signs of renewed bullish momentum as buyers attempt to regain control following a prolonged consolidation phase.

Market attention is focused on the $12.50 resistance zone, which could become the key trigger for a broader trend reversal. A decisive breakout above this level would strengthen the bullish structure and improve sentiment.

If LINK manages to recover the $12.50 level with the power of demand, there is a possibility that it can go up towards the $20 level, while an even further rally might make way to reach the $28 mark. However, such levels are based on a continuation of momentum above the resistance level.

Bitwise ETF Expands Chainlink Holdings

However, the crypto analyst Nazoku further highlighted that the Chainlink ETF from Bitwise is still purchasing LINK tokens. In the latest trade, the ETF acquired 163,379 LINK tokens that have a total market value of roughly $1.85 million.

In just one week, the Chainlink ETF has purchased about 727,170 LINK tokens with a market value of $5.515 million. The average entry price was $7.585 per token.

Considering that LINK is now hovering around $11.47, it is clear that the latest buys by Bitwise have already yielded a return of more than 50% unrealized gains.

Any further buying activity would definitely increase bullish momentum surrounding Chainlink, especially amid growing interest in the blockchain oracle market and real-world assets.

What Happens Next for Chainlink?

LINK’s next challenge is to breach and sustain above the $12.50 resistance level in good volume.

A successful breakout may consolidate the positive technical formation and set sights on the $20 price target before rising further to $28 in case of increasing momentum. Traders will also be keeping an eye on the ETF Bitwise inflows and Chainlink’s oracle and RWA network demand.
