The documents reveal a pattern of trading activities where there have been several stock sales and option exercises, with Circle President Heath Tarbert maintaining a considerable shareholding in the stablecoin platform.
Circle President Completed 10 CRCL Share Transactions
From the SEC Form 4 filing, it is clear that the President of Circle, Heath Tarbert, who is also the former Chairman of the CFTC, United States, has executed 10 transactions relating to CRCL stocks since June 2025.
Based on the filing, it is clear that the majority of these transactions consisted of stock sales and stock option exercises, where the total amount was estimated at around $30.77 million.
Even after these transactions, Circle President Tarbert still retains an estimated 503,000 shares of CRCL. According to the SEC filing, there were no reported open market purchases of CRCL shares.

Circle President Remains Focused on Long-Term Growth
Before that, Circle President, Tarbert, had talked about the stock price of the firm during his interview with FOX Business after the stock of CRCL dropped from about $260 to about $62.
Tarbert emphasized that the main focus of the company is to construct financial infrastructure for the Internet, and not to be affected by fluctuations in the price. Tarbert explained that “the stock will take care of itself” if the company fulfills its objectives.
This statement reflected the concern of the company regarding the development of the business rather than the stock price.
