UK Financial Ltd has announced that COQUIZILLA Coin (COQZ) is now trading on CATEX Exchange through the COQZ/USDT pair. The ERC-20 meme token operates under the UK Financial World Division’s Managing Partner Program. The program supports emerging Web3 projects while keeping ownership with their original creators.
COQUIZILLA brings a distinct identity to the meme coin space, taking its name and character from a small but vocal frog native to Puerto Rico. That cultural angle, paired with a community-first approach, has helped generate early trading interest on CATEX. COQZ launched through the MayaPro Wallet at $0.25 and has since climbed to approximately $6.05 per token. That marks a gain of roughly 24 times its original offering price. Meme coin prices remain volatile, but the early momentum points to growing market attention for COQZ.
UK Financial Ltd is now preparing a separate and larger decision involving the UK Financial Moonshot Token (UKFLMS). The company’s Board of Directors will meet Friday to review a potential burn of up to 60 percent of UKFLMS tokens currently outstanding. The tokens under review were purchased on the open market by UK Financial Ltd and by James Dahlke, President and CEO of UK Financial Ltd, rather than issued to them upon creation. Any approved burn would therefore involve assets the company and its CEO already bought, not tokens belonging to MoonShot or another party.
According to company records, UK Financial Ltd holds 416,556,564.07 UKFLMS. Dahlke personally holds an additional 129,850,426.34 UKFLMS. Combined, the two positions total 546,406,990.41 UKFLMS, all of which could be affected if the Board approves the measure. About 200 million UKFLMS remain outstanding beyond these combined holdings, according to the same company data.
UK Financial Ltd has already been purchasing UKFLMS in the open market ahead of Friday’s meeting. The Board will decide whether the company expands beyond its existing buyback activity and adopts a formal burn to permanently reduce token supply.
“When you have a company with substantial assets, on-chain proof and verification, yet see its token trading at a market capitalization of approximately $115,000, we believe the situation deserves serious consideration,” said James Dahlke, President and CEO of UK Financial Ltd. “We have always put our coin holders first. If approved, we will absorb the financial impact ourselves rather than pass it on to coin holders.”
Friday’s meeting will also address existing buybacks, future UKFLMS purchases and the long-term supply structure of the token.
