Cantor Fitzgerald has begun financial advisory work to guide the banking institution in structuring its potential initial public offering. According to market reports, the capital firm strengthened its digital asset markets division to support listing processes tied to blockchain technology.

AMINA Bank operates under the direct supervision of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). According to official information from the bank, the entity offers institutional custody, trading, lending, and cryptocurrency staking services.

In the 2024 fiscal year, the institution recorded 69% growth in its annual revenue. Data from the entity suggests that this financial performance strengthens its competitive position against other traditional institutions in the European market.

Through its subsidiary in Austria, the company obtained a license under the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulatory framework. According to market reports, this accreditation grants the firm direct operational access to approximately 30 markets within the European Union.

Strategic Partnerships in the Capital Markets

Cantor Fitzgerald previously established a partnership with tokenization platform Securitize to facilitate public offerings on blockchains. Industry information indicates that this technical framework could be integrated into the banking entity’s roadmap toward going public.

In May 2026, the institution became the first regulated entity to enable custody and trading services for Canton Coin. The bank’s strategic management aims to expand supported asset coverage to meet demand from institutional clients.

The preparation process for the public listing will continue to develop over the coming quarters of 2026. The parties involved anticipate presenting the corresponding financial evaluations in the next quarterly review before regulatory bodies.
