Estonia-based CryptoHoldings introduces its CHT utility token under a MiCA-notified white paper, with community governance covering the location, intended use, and selection of the ecosystem’s first planned property.

TALLINN, Estonia, October 24, 2026 — CryptoHoldings, a Web3 ecosystem operated by Estonia-based Axenor Holdings OÜ, has opened the public offer of its CHT utility token on Base, Ethereum’s Layer 2 network. The offer began on October 17, 2026, following the publication of a crypto-asset white paper that the company states was notified under the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA).

The launch introduces a community governance programme connecting blockchain voting with decisions about a planned real-world property. CHT holders can participate in selecting its location, intended use, and ultimately the specific property that may support services within the CryptoHoldings ecosystem.

Unlike property-backed investment tokens, CHT does not convey ownership of real estate, equity in the operating company, dividend entitlements, or rights to profits. Its purpose is to provide access to defined platform services and participation in the ecosystem’s governance and utility programmes.

CHT Holders Gain a Vote on the First Planned Property

CryptoHoldings has introduced a four-stage governance process in which token holders participate in successive decisions concerning the project’s first planned property.

The voting schedule began on October 17, 2026, with the selection of a continent. Three further votes are scheduled:

  • November 14, 2026: Selection of the country.
  • December 12, 2026: Determination of the property’s intended use.
  • January 9, 2027: Selection of the specific property.

Each CHT represents one vote, giving holders voting weight proportional to their token balances.

The Governance Programme also establishes a participation threshold for binding decisions. Voting results become binding on the operator when participation exceeds 75% of the CHT issued at the applicable reference date. Results below that threshold remain consultative.

This structure gives the community a defined role in the property’s selection while preserving the distinction between governance participation and legal ownership. Property acquisition, implementation, and the availability of planned services remain subject to the project’s applicable conditions and execution requirements.

Real Estate Reports Connect Token Utility With Property Evaluation

Beyond governance, CryptoHoldings is developing services intended to connect its Web3 infrastructure with real estate analysis.

A principal feature is the Real Estate Report, a digital assessment evaluating a property’s suitability for tokenisation. Each report provides a score between 1 and 10, accompanied by explanatory comments. The service is paid for using CHT.

The ecosystem also includes a Property Inclusion Programme, through which owners of properties holding a qualifying Real Estate Report can submit them for consideration in the community voting process.

Together, these functions establish specific uses for CHT within the platform, extending its role beyond governance participation.

CryptoHoldings also provides Referral and Participation Programmes. Eligibility and any associated rewards are governed by their respective programme rules and are not guaranteed.

Base-Based Token Infrastructure and MiCA Framework

CHT is an ERC-20 utility token deployed on Base Mainnet, with a maximum supply of 10 billion tokens.

The project’s issuance model does not rely on an initial pre-mint. Tokens are created through authorized on-chain mechanisms, while the primary offer follows a published pricing rule executed automatically by the smart contract.

The platform’s production contracts are source-verified and use a non-proxy architecture, allowing users to inspect the published code and transaction activity through BaseScan.

CryptoHoldings has also structured its public offer around identity verification and anti-money-laundering requirements. Participation in relevant purchase functions requires completion of the applicable KYC/AML process.

The company states that its CHT crypto-asset white paper has been notified under MiCA. Notification does not constitute regulatory approval or endorsement of the token.

Eligible retail purchasers acquiring CHT directly through the public offer have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the applicable MiCA provisions, subject to the regulation’s conditions and exceptions.

Accessible Onboarding Through Email and Web3 Wallets

CryptoHoldings has designed its onboarding process to accommodate both existing cryptocurrency users and individuals less familiar with Web3 applications.

Users can register through email and access an embedded wallet or connect an external wallet using MetaMask or WalletConnect.

Following identity verification, eligible participants can access the public offer through the official CryptoHoldings platform, review transaction details, and complete purchases using supported assets on Base Mainnet.

The operator does not charge its own commission on CHT purchases during the public offer, although blockchain network charges and third-party payment-provider fees may apply.

The platform also makes contract information and transaction activity publicly accessible, allowing participants to inspect relevant on-chain records independently.
