The short‑term Elliott Wave outlook for the DAX indicates that the cycle from the July 17, 2026 low has reached a mature stage and is approaching completion. From that low, wave (i) advanced to 25,271.34, followed by a measured pullback in wave (ii) which ended at 24,696.59. The Index then resumed its upward trajectory in wave (iii), and the internal structure developed as a clear impulse at a lower degree. Within this sequence, wave i ended at 25,565.10, while the subsequent wave ii pullback concluded at 25,303.11. Momentum strengthened again as wave iii extended to 26,403.81, and the corrective wave iv ended at 26,081.69. The final leg, wave v, reached 26,573.50, thereby completing wave (iii) at the higher degree.

The pullback in wave (iv) unfolded as a textbook zigzag structure, reinforcing the maturity of the broader cycle. From the wave (iii) peak, wave a declined to 26,285.23, and the counter‑trend wave b rally ended at 26,541.34. Wave c then pushed lower to 25,914.11, completing wave (iv) at the higher degree. With this correction in place, the Index has resumed higher in wave (v). However, a break above the wave (iii) peak remains necessary to fully invalidate the possibility of a double correction. In the near term, as long as the pivot at 24,645.6 stays intact, any pullback is expected to attract buyers in either three or seven swings, supporting the prospect of further upside within the ongoing bullish sequence.
