Caroline Pham, CEO of MoonPay Institutional and ex- acting chairman of the U.S. CFTC, has sparked excitement in the XRP community after posting a photo from Ripple office.
Pham shared a selfie in front of Ripple’s logo with just the bulging eyes emoji as a caption. The post quickly caught the attention of XRP supporters.
“Something is Cooking”
Some believe it is related to something involving Ripple, MoonPay, and XRP. For instance, XRP commentator BankXRP wrote, “Slowly… and then all at once. Something big”. Meanwhile, XRPL developer Bird added, “All eyes on Ripple,” while influencer Xaif said, “Something big is cooking behind the doors, guys.”
However, not everyone was convinced. Some followers questioned whether the post meant anything important, while others warned against getting too excited.
One commenter wrote, “Please don’t tease us with nothing burgers,” while another said, “Great, another tease that doesn’t move the price.”

Pham Has Visited Ripple’s Office Before
Notably, the latest post is not Pham’s first public appearance at Ripple. In September 2022, when she was serving as a CFTC commissioner, Pham visited Ripple as part of what she described as a “learning tour.”
On September 19, 2022, she shared a photo with CEO Brad Garlinghouse in front of the company’s logo, writing that her next stop was visiting Ripple Labs and thanking Garlinghouse.
Meanwhile, Garlinghouse shared the post at the time and described the meeting as a public-private engagement.
The earlier visit took place during Pham’s tenure at the CFTC, where she became known for engaging with crypto and blockchain companies as regulators considered how digital assets should be treated under U.S. commodities rules.
MoonPay and Ripple Connection Draws Attention
Pham now leads MoonPay Institutional, the institutional arm of MoonPay, a crypto payments and infrastructure company. That background has added to speculation around her latest Ripple appearance.
MoonPay has built infrastructure serving crypto users and businesses, while Ripple has expanded its payments, stablecoin, and institutional infrastructure offerings.
However, neither Pham nor Ripple has stated that a new partnership, product announcement, or XRP-related development is being prepared. Nonetheless, the photo at Ripple’s office continues to stir massive engagement in the XRP community.
