Strive, a Bitcoin treasury firm, has just completed the largest Bitcoin buy in its history, adding 6,182 more Bitcoin at roughly $511.4 million.

With the new addition, the Nasdaq-listed firm now owns 43,000 BTC, making Strive the world’s fourth-largest publicly listed company in corporate Bitcoin holdings, per Bitcoin Treasuries.

Per an Oct. 26 filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the firm bought the latest round of Bitcoin between Oct. 17 and Oct. 23, at an average price of around $82,732 per Bitcoin, including fees and expenses.

The buy is a massive bump in Strive’s Bitcoin buying spree.

Bitcoin Treasuries data shows Strive has seen more than a 470% increase in Bitcoin holdings since the start of 2026.

On Sept. 28–Oct. 2, the company bought 2,000 BTC, and then between Oct. 5–9, Strive picked up another 3,311 BTC. From there, the company added 2,822 BTC on Oct. 12–13 and then 1,223 BTC on Oct. 14–16.

In total, Strive has bought 15,538 BTC in less than a month, pushing the firm from 27,462 BTC at the end of September up to 43,000 BTC today.

Strive began its Bitcoin buying binge by acquiring Semler Scientific in January, a deal which added around 5,048 BTC to the firm’s holdings, giving Strive a massive presence in Bitcoin as an institutional buyer.

World’s largest Bitcoin holders

With the new buy, Strive is now closing in on the world’s second-largest publicly traded Bitcoin treasury, with just two slightly smaller gaps to those in front of it.

As of Oct. 26, per Bitcoin Treasuries, Michael Saylor’s Strategy is still comfortably atop the leaderboard with 848,517 BTC. Japanese company Metaplanet is second with 44,000 BTC, while Tether-backed Twenty One Capital is third, owning 43,514 BTC.

Strive’s 43,000 BTC holdings are now just 514 BTC behind Twenty One Capital and 1,000 BTC behind Metaplanet. If Strive wanted to jump ahead of Twenty One, it would need to add 515 BTC.
