The technology driving this transition is NotarioPH by QLegal, an end-to-end electronic notarization platform built around the Supreme Court of the Philippines’ Rules on Electronic Notarization.

Rather than relying on physical paper trails, the platform digitizes every phase of the notarial process within a single web portal:

• Remote Video Notarization: Allows commissioned notaries public to verify signers and witness digital executions in real time.

The Legal and Tech Infrastructure Behind the Platform

NotarioPH is built on a strategic partnership between top-tier technology law firm Gorriceta Africa Cauton & Saavedra (Gorriceta) and technology developer Quanby Solutions Inc:

• Quanby supplies the legal tech backbone as an accredited Electronic Notary Facility (ENF) Provider authorized by the Office of the Bar Confidant of the Supreme Court of the Philippines.
