Service Update Details
The current fiat on/off-ramp service is provided by our third-party partner, Bridge, allowing users to exchange between fiat and cryptocurrencies directly within the CoolWallet App. Starting from the termination date, this feature will be removed from the App and the service will be discontinued.
Impact on You & Asset Security
You do not need to take any action. Following the termination, the account you created through this service will be closed by Bridge in accordance with relevant regulations.
Please rest assured that the crypto assets held in your CoolWallet hardware wallet and App remain absolutely secure and are completely unaffected by this change. CoolWallet is a decentralized cold wallet; your private keys and full control over your assets are always 100% in your hands.

Q1: Will the termination of this service affect the crypto assets stored in my CoolWallet?
Not at all. Bridge solely provides the fiat exchange channel. Your cryptocurrencies are stored on the blockchain and securely protected by your CoolWallet hardware device. This service termination does not affect your wallet balances or transfer capabilities in any way.
Q2: What happens if I initiate a fiat transaction before June 15, but it remains pending?
To ensure smooth processing, we strongly recommend completing all fiat on/off-ramp operations via Bridge no later than June 12, 2026. If your transaction is still pending after the termination date, please contact CoolWallet Customer Support directly, and we will assist you in tracking its status.
Q3: How will my Bridge account data and personal information be handled?
Your account information will be securely closed and managed by Bridge in strict compliance with their privacy policy and local data protection laws. CoolWallet does not retain your fiat transaction history or account data.
Q4: How can I exchange between fiat and cryptocurrencies in the future?
You can continue to exchange fiat and crypto by sending your crypto assets from your CoolWallet to a trusted centralized exchange (such as Binance, MAX, etc.) to complete your on/off-ramp transactions.
