The Shiba Inu price prediction points to $0.00000509 on the bullish side and $0.000004 on the bearish side, with SHIB trading at $0.00000451 today after giving back most of its July-August breakout gains.
SHIB Price Analysis: Full Reset After the Breakout as Descending Wedge Forms

SHIB is pulling back sharply after breaking above its descending trendline earlier in late July, giving back most of those gains and pressing back toward the 0.236 Fibonacci support area. The descending trendline from the February 2026 highs continues to slope through the current price area, and SHIB is now retesting that broader structure from below.
All four EMAs remain above current price. The 20-day at $0.00000460 and 50-day at $0.00000463 sit just above as the first resistance cluster, with the 100-day at $0.00000493 and 200-day at $0.00000582 representing the broader recovery targets. The Supertrend at $0.00000509 also sits above price and remains bearish.

Meanwhile, as per LuckSide Crypto, Stochastic RSI has reset to zero, a condition that has historically preceded upside moves in prior cycles when followed by a bullish cross. A descending wedge is also forming on the daily chart with an apex approaching late this week, another pattern that resolves bullish more often than not.

SHIB Analysis: Long-Term Holders Hit an All-Time High
Per LuckSide Crypto, long-term SHIB holders have reached a new all-time high. Wallets that have held SHIB for one year or more are at their highest recorded level, with the cohorts spanning one to two years, two to three years, three to five years, and five to seven years all growing simultaneously. LuckSide noted this mirrors the pattern seen in 2022 when long-term conviction building during the bear market set the foundation for SHIB’s subsequent recovery.
The context matters for the current pullback. A single large wallet closing positions drove much of last week’s selling, and wallets have already begun rising again in the aftermath. Short-term accumulation is resuming alongside the record long-term holder base, which LuckSide described as the same fundamental backdrop that allowed SHIB to avoid setting new lows in the first year of the prior bear market cycle.
How Much SHIB Has Been Burned? 41% of Supply Permanently Removed
A total of 410.84 trillion SHIB have been burned to date, representing 41.08% of the initial supply. The 30-day chart shows a significant spike around July 27 to 28 that peaked near 1.3 billion tokens in a single day before dropping back to baseline.

Current 24-hour burn activity is running at roughly 200,000 to 450,000 tokens, down 35.51% on the day and 87.04% below the 30-day peak, suggesting the burst of burning activity from late July has fully subsided.

| Total SHIB Burned | 410.84 trillion |
| Percentage of Supply Burned | 41.08% |
| Remaining Circulating Supply | 585.65 billion (approx) |
| Total Burn Transactions | 21,537 |

SHIB Derivatives: Shorts Taking the Pain as Open Interest Shrinks

Volume fell 8.14% to $36.24M and open interest dropped 7.88% to $47.34M, meaning traders are closing positions rather than opening new ones. The market is quiet, with no strong directional conviction in either direction. The overall long/short ratio of 0.9011 leans slightly toward shorts, but OKX accounts at 4.68 show traders there are heavily positioned for upside.
| Metric | Value | Interpretation |
| 24h Volume | $36.24M (-8.14%) | Quieter session, positions unwinding |

| OKX L/S (Accounts) | 4.68 | OKX accounts heavily long |

SHIB Price Prediction: Upside and Downside Targets
Bullish Case, Target: $0.00000509 (Supertrend)
Stochastic RSI’s zero reset produces a bullish cross as the descending wedge apex forces a decision later this week. Long-term holder growth continues to absorb selling pressure and BTC stabilizes above its 20-day EMA, removing the macro headwind. SHIB reclaims the 20-day and 50-day EMAs in the $0.00000460 to $0.00000463 zone and pushes toward the Supertrend at $0.00000509 as the next target, consistent with the 15% move LuckSide flagged as the typical post-reset range.
Bearish Case, Risk Level: $0.00000400 (Round Number Floor)
The descending wedge fails to produce a bullish resolution and SHIB loses the 0.236 Fibonacci support zone on a daily close. BTC weakness and ongoing macro uncertainty from US-Iran tensions extend the three-week red streak into a fourth, with the $0.00000400 round number becoming the next meaningful test before the broader structure is called into question.
