- Polygon Open Money Stack now supports TRON, allowing businesses to manage USDT deposits, wallets, cross-chain transfers and payouts via one integration.
- TRON has more than $94 billion in circulating USDT and over $30 trillion in cumulative transfer volume.
Polygon Labs has added TRON support to its Open Money Stack, allowing businesses to build payment products around USDT on TRON and connect those transactions with bank accounts, cards, cash and other blockchain networks.
Polygon announced the integration on October 8, saying businesses can now run a full stablecoin payment flow through Open Money Stack, from deposits and wallets to cross-chain transfers and payouts. The expansion gives fintechs, remittance companies, exchanges and payment platforms access to more than $94 billion in circulating USDT on TRON.
So, businesses can accept deposits through bank transfers, cards, cash or cryptocurrency, then convert fiat into USDT on TRON using the TRC-20 standard. They can also store USDT in custodial or embedded wallets, move funds between TRON and supported networks, and send payouts to bank accounts, cards, cash locations or crypto wallets.

Polygon said the integration is aimed at businesses whose customers already use TRON to receive and transfer USDT. Instead of requiring customers to move their funds to another network, companies can keep TRON as part of their existing payment flow.
TRON USDT Connects With Cross-Chain and Fiat Rails
The integration also adds cross-chain routing through Polygon’s infrastructure. Businesses can move supported assets between TRON and EVM-compatible networks without requiring customers to interact directly with a separate bridge or wallet provider.
For deposits, Open Money Stack can provide persistent TRON addresses for customers and match incoming USDT payments to the correct account. Businesses can then manage those balances and route funds according to their payment requirements.
Meanwhile, Polygon’s existing fiat infrastructure also provides on- and off-ramp capabilities. Polygon says its money-transmitter licensing covers 48 U.S. states, allowing supported businesses to connect blockchain-based funds with traditional payment rails.
So far, the TRON network has processed more than $30 trillion in cumulative transaction volume and recorded over 407 million accounts and 15 billion transactions, according to figures cited by Polygon from TRONSCAN. TRON also has more than $28 billion in total value locked.
Polygon said the TRON integration is intended for businesses that need deposits, wallets, cross-chain routing and payouts without building each part of the payment system separately.
