TL;DR:
- Raydium implemented permissioned AMMs on July 23 to enable trading of regulated assets on Solana.
- Superstate integrated as the first partner to trade native tokenized stocks through the Opening Bell platform.
- Ark Invest projects that the global tokenized asset market could reach $11 trillion by 2030.
Raydium introduced its new permissioned AMMs, an infrastructure designed to integrate real-world assets and regulated securities into the Solana DeFi ecosystem.
The decentralized protocol Raydium announced the activation of automated market makers (AMMs) with restricted access. This update allows issuers of traditional financial assets to deploy liquidity pools that comply with identity verification (KYC) requirements directly on the Solana network.
Integration of Tokenized Stocks and Access Control

The technical framework developed by the protocol combines issuer-managed regulatory compliance with the execution of immutable smart contracts. Unlike conventional liquidity pools where any wallet can interact, this system programmatically verifies whether a user is authorized before processing a transaction.
Superstate is now the first entity to adopt this tool through its Opening Bell platform. Through this mechanism, the firm will issue publicly registered tokenized stocks, allowing eligible investors to trade direct ownership titles rather than synthetic derivatives.
Official information from Superstate reveals that the company maintains a real-time ledger of ownership changes within the DeFi environment, having previously collaborated with networks such as Uniswap, Orca, and Aave.
Trend Toward Regulatory Compliance in DeFi
Raydium’s initiative coincides with a broader restructuring of decentralized infrastructure across the financial sector. On May 27, Orca implemented permissioned pools on Solana in partnership with Streamex for gold tokenization. For its part, Uniswap Labs announced the incorporation of “Permissioned Pools” in its v4 release using programmable hooks.
According to Ark Invest’s “Big Ideas 2026” report, the global market for tokenized real-world assets (RWA) could expand from $19 billion recorded in recent periods to reach $11 trillion by the year 2030.
In this context, network metrics indicate that Solana holds over 311,000 RWA holders and a total value deposited of $3.5 billion distributed across more than 2,500 tokenized assets. The sector’s next milestone will focus on auditing the initial trading volumes generated by Superstate stocks on Raydium over the coming quarter.
