Robinhood Chain recorded a daily transaction-fee record of $3.75 million on September 1, surpassing Ethereum mainnet and Base. The record confirms high activity on the relatively young network as well as its financial ties with Arbitrum, which shares its ecosystem with the revenue of affiliated chains.
Arbitrum (ARB) is trading at $0.1272, with 24-hour trading volume amounting to $800.66 million, while the market capitalization amounts to $849.23 million. ARB showed an increase of 13.80% within the last 24 hours. In turn, Robinhood Chain recorded more than $1.5 billion in decentralized-exchange volume on September 1, while total value locked exceeded $750 million.

September 1 amount is Robinhood Chain’s highest daily transaction fee since the launch of its mainnet in July. According to the Arbitrum Expansion Program, the chains that were created using Arbitrum technology and operate outside Arbitrum One or Nova return 10% of their net protocol revenue to Arbitrum’s ecosystem.

Robinhood Chain Builds Early DeFi Momentum
Robinhood’s network entered the market with preparation. It was already tested on its public testnet that managed to register over 200 million transactions, and the company already offered tokenized stocks on Arbitrum One. EVM compatibility attracted developers and partners such as Alchemy, BitGo, Chainlink, and Uniswap to create activity after its London launch.
According to Electric Capital, the Robinhood Chain occupied first place among networks with developer activity just under two weeks after its launch, according to Cryptopolitan, while Alchemy CEO Nikil Viswanathan emphasized this achievement on July 21. Robinhood launched the network in London during its keynote on July 1, with the aim of connecting finance and decentralized finance using blockchain infrastructure.
Robinhood Chain Strengthens Arbitrum’s Revenue Pipeline
Robinhood Chain generated $360,000 in licensing fees during July, its first full month, representing 35% of Arbitrum DAO’s income for that period. The Expansion Program operates like a franchise model, allowing teams to launch customized chains using Arbitrum technology while contributing licensing revenue to the broader ecosystem and accessing infrastructure.
Arbitrum DAO reported $6.19 million in income during the first half of 2026 from transaction fees, Timeboost auctions, Expansion Program licensing, and treasury returns. Protocol-revenue gross margins exceeded 97%, compared with more than 90% in 2025, while the treasury held $125 million in non-ARB assets at June-end.
