Shiba Inu (SHIB) Slows Down as Netflows Dive to 120 Billion Tokens

Shiba Inu is showing signs of stabilization after several weeks of aggressive price swings, while exchange activity suggests that immediate selling pressure may be cooling. Exchange netflows have dropped toward roughly 120 billion SHIB, a notable slowdown compared with the much larger spikes recently observed.

Netflow measures the difference between tokens entering and leaving exchanges. Large positive readings can indicate that more SHIB is becoming available for potential sale, while declining netflows suggest that this pressure is easing.

Exchanges stay bearish

Total inflows stand around 551.8 billion SHIB, compared with approximately 453.4 billion in outflows. Exchange reserves have also edged 0.11% higher, while their dollar value increased 4.85%. This means SHIB has not entered a clear accumulation regime yet.

One particularly notable reading is the seven-day moving average of mean exchange outflows, which surged more than 630%. Large withdrawals can be constructive if tokens move into private storage, but the metric is volatile and should not be interpreted independently.

Price is more encouraging

SHIB currently trades around $0.00000598 after recovering from September lows near $0.0000049. More importantly, the token has moved above the major long-term moving average around $0.00000565 and has repeatedly defended this region during recent pullbacks.

The next obstacle sits around $0.00000610–$0.00000630. September’s rally failed around this zone, leaving a substantial supply area above the current price. A clean daily close above $0.00000630 could establish another higher high and strengthen the developing bullish structure.

Momentum is also relatively balanced. RSI remains above 50 but well below extreme overbought territory, leaving room for another upside attempt.

The main risk is a breakdown below approximately $0.00000560. Such a move would return SHIB beneath its recently reclaimed long-term support and expose $0.00000540, followed by $0.00000500.

For now, falling netflows remove some immediate selling pressure, but they do not provide bullish confirmation by themselves. SHIB needs to convert its improving exchange dynamics into a breakout above $0.00000630 to restart the rally.
