What to know:

  • Solana price holds the critical $73.5–$74 support zone, keeping the bullish recovery structure intact.
  • SOL price could target $120 if buyers successfully defend support and regain upward momentum.
  • Solana ETF inflows reached $8.8 million, signaling renewed institutional demand and improving investor sentiment.

Solana (SOL) is maintaining a bullish structure as buyers defend key support and build higher lows. Rising institutional interest and renewed ETF demand are strengthening sentiment, while ongoing ecosystem growth, network upgrades, stablecoin expansion, and tokenization developments continue reinforcing Solana’s long-term growth outlook.

At the time of writing, SOL is trading at $75.51 with a 24-hour trading volume of $1.42 billion and a market capitalization of $43.92 billion. Despite the 1.48% loss over the last 24 hours, the SOL price structure and network growth point to a bullish reversal ahead.

Solana Price Eyes $120 as $74 Support Holds

According to the crypto analyst Michael van de Poppe, SOL is maintaining a potentially bullish market structure as buyers attempt to establish a series of higher lows.

Analysts are watching the $73.5–$74 region closely, as this zone could provide crucial support for the ongoing recovery. Holding above this area would help preserve bullish momentum and keep the broader upside structure intact.

In case SOL is able to defend the range of $73.5-$74 as a support, then there are no changes in the prospects of rising to $120.

A good bounce from this support will mean that the market is still bullish. On the other hand, if this support breaks down, then there will be some negative pressure on the current formation.

Solana Gains Momentum as ETF Inflows Reach $8.8M

The data from Santiment Intelligence further highlighted that Solana is experiencing an uptick in institutional appetite, as seen by the $8.8 million in net inflows into the ETF per day.

This is its highest ever since May 12. This development comes after a series of muted periods, when no significant ETF activity had been observed. This could be because of improving fundamentals of the Solana network.

Apart from ETF flow, the Solana network keeps growing in many vital areas. The real-world asset, the number of stablecoins, tokenized equity transactions, and perpetual futures transactions have crossed significant barriers.

On the other hand, Alpenglow seeks to achieve 150 ms finality, Agave 4.2 is inching closer to mainnet deployment, and xStocks has made tokenized equity easier.

Despite the bullish price predictions and ETF inflows, the SOL price is still moving in neutral territory. This move is also backed by the general trend in the crypto market as the BTC price has started to move downward, which has impacted the overall market, including altcoins.

What Happens Next for Solana?

The move that SOL will make next will be determined by its ability to hold the support region at $73.5-$74.

This could bring about new buyers and thus increase the possibility of seeing Solana hit $120 with ETFs on the rise. Network upgrade activities, growth in stablecoins, and tokenization might give a further boost.
