Stellar is facing renewed selling pressure, with XLM losing approximately 10% over the past seven days and falling back toward the psychologically important $0.20 level. The latest decline has weakened what had previously looked like a relatively strong September recovery.
Long way to down
XLM currently trades around $0.2031, down almost 6% over the latest 24 hours. Its market capitalization has consequently fallen to approximately $7.11 billion, while 24-hour trading volume stands at $202.65 million, itself down 7.52%.

The technical picture has deteriorated quickly. Stellar reached approximately $0.233–$0.235 in late September after breaking above several major moving averages. Buyers subsequently failed to establish a new high, however, and the asset began forming lower highs before the latest sell-off accelerated.
XLM has now dropped below its short-term moving average near $0.207. More importantly, the price is rapidly approaching a dense cluster of longer-term averages between approximately $0.190 and $0.197. This region represents the most important support for the current bullish structure.
Momentum is also weakening. The daily RSI has fallen toward the neutral 50 level after approaching overbought territory during the September rally. The indicator does not yet show extreme oversold conditions, meaning sellers could theoretically push XLM lower before momentum becomes stretched.
Immideate resistance level
The immediate level to defend is $0.20. A sustained breakdown below this psychological threshold could expose the $0.195–$0.190 region. Losing that entire moving-average cluster would erase much of September’s technical improvement and potentially open the way toward $0.18.
For bulls, the first task is reclaiming approximately $0.21. Above that, XLM would still face resistance around $0.22 and the recent $0.233-$0.235 peak.
The 10% weekly decline has not completely destroyed its broader recovery, but momentum has clearly shifted against buyers. As long as XLM remains below $0.21, downside pressure dominates the short-term setup. A loss of $0.19 would make the structure substantially more bearish, while a recovery above $0.22 would be needed to restore a convincing bullish outlook.
