TLDR
- SUI is attempting to hold above $0.9725, a level that previously capped its months-long trading range.
- The latest structure shows higher highs and higher lows, while a drop below $0.9542 would weaken the setup.
- Analyst Ted said SUI has broken out of a nine-month downtrend and is watching $1.50 as his next level.
- Sui now supports gasless stablecoin transfers at protocol level, with confidential transfers expected this month.
- Walrus Protocol joined Sui Basecamp as a Diamond sponsor, bringing more attention to Sui’s verifiable data infrastructure.
Sui is attempting to establish a breakout after moving beyond levels that capped the token for several months. SUI is trying to hold above $0.9725, the former upper boundary of its trading range.

The move follows an earlier breakout from a smaller falling wedge and resistance around $0.85. SUI had previously traded near $0.82 before moving through that barrier.
The latest price structure is showing higher highs and higher lows. Holding above the former range ceiling would keep that pattern intact.
Sui Network Adds New Stablecoin Features
Sui is also rolling out changes away from the price chart. Gasless stablecoin transfers now operate at the protocol level, according to analyst Ted.

Ted said on X that confidential transfers are also expected this month. The feature is designed to keep transaction amounts private while settlement remains verifiable.
Ted also said SUI has broken out of a nine-month downtrend. He said some consolidation could be healthy before another move and identified $1.50 as the level he is watching next.
$SUI is starting to look interesting again.

The Sui ecosystem is also expanding its focus on data infrastructure. Walrus Protocol has joined Sui Basecamp as a Diamond sponsor.
Walrus describes itself as a platform designed to make data portable, protected and verifiable. The project was created by former Meta engineers connected with the development of Sui.
SUI Breakout Structure Remains in Focus
From a technical perspective, $0.9725 is now the immediate level to monitor. Staying above it would keep the current breakout structure in place.
A move below $0.9542 would weaken the pattern and could push SUI back toward its previous range. The next upside level identified in the supplied analysis sits around $1.0370.
Above that, technical levels appear near $1.1637 and $1.38. Ted’s broader level at $1.50 sits beyond those nearer chart areas.
Earlier analysis placed $1.10 and $1.35 as possible levels following a confirmed breakout above $0.85. Those projections came before SUI moved into its latest price structure.
Trading activity around the earlier breakout was led by Binance, followed by OKX and Upbit. Exchange flows at the time showed active positioning in both directions rather than one clear market trend.
SUI’s latest setup therefore combines a recovering chart with new protocol-level stablecoin functionality. The immediate price test remains whether the token can continue holding above the former range ceiling near $0.9725.
