Arbitrum [ARB] erased its recent losses after rebounding from $0.13 and breaking above $0.20.

Nearly two weeks earlier, ARB faced rejection at $0.20 before falling to $0.13. The altcoin then used $0.13 as a launchpad, recording four consecutive higher daily closes.

As a result, ARB cleared $0.20 and reached $0.22, returning to levels last seen in early January. At press time, Arbitrum traded around $0.21 after gaining approximately 26% over 24 hours. The recovery also moved ARB closer to reversing its remaining 2026 losses.

Why is ARB price rallying?

As AMBCrypto previously reported, two catalysts continued to support Arbitrum’s rally.

Betfury

First, Standard Chartered initiated ARB coverage with a $10 price target for 2030. On top of that, Robinhood Chain activity significantly strengthened Arbitrum’s Revenue.

The protocol’s Revenue increased fivefold over the previous two months as Robinhood Chain activity expanded.

Together, these developments combined a long-term valuation narrative with measurable short-term network growth. However, the next question was whether Arbitrum’s usage supported that renewed market confidence.

Is network activity supporting ARB?

Arbitrum’s Transactions climbed to 2.3 million, reaching levels last recorded in late August.

Active Addresses also increased to 113,600, showing that transaction growth involved a broader user base.

Meanwhile, Net Inflows jumped to $82 million on the 17th of September before easing to $44 million.

Capital therefore continued entering Arbitrum, although the pace had slowed from its daily peak. The rebound carried speculative momentum, but it also aligned with stronger network activity and Revenue.

Are ARB bears losing control?

ARB’s rally placed substantial pressure on bearish derivatives traders. CoinGlass data showed that Short Liquidations reached $5.24 million over the previous 24 hours.

By comparison, Long Liquidations totaled $1.39 million during the same period. This imbalance showed that ARB’s upside move caught bearish traders heavily exposed.

Short sellers supplied additional acceleration. Network demand may now decide how long that momentum survives.

Can ARB reach $0.27?

ARB’s upside structure remained intact as the token traded within its rising channel.

If broader conditions remain supportive, ARB could reclaim $0.22 and target $0.27 over the short-to-medium term. An extended rally could then bring the $0.30 resistance level back into play. However, losing the reclaimed $0.20 level would weaken the current breakout structure.

Final Summary

  • Arbitrum gained approximately 26% as ARB returned to early-January price levels.
  • Rising Transactions, Active Addresses, Revenue and Net Inflows supported ARB’s price recovery.
