Rising spot inflows face pressure from elevated RSI and the September 16 token unlock. Arbitrum (ARB) entered September with renewed momentum after a sharp recovery pushed the token higher. ARB recently traded around $0.111, following a 28.32% daily gain and a 13.90% weekly increase. The token also gained 38.3% over the past month.  However, the recovery faces several tests as traders assess whether ARB can sustain its latest advance. The monthly chart shows improving momentum after ARB rebounded from $0.0702.  ARB Reclaims a Critical Monthly Level The monthly chart has improved significantly after ARB recovered from its recent cycle low. The token recently moved around the $0.1146 Fibonacci midpoint. A sustained move above this level could strengthen the recovery and improve market confidence. Besides, a break above $0.1200 would give bulls another important technical signal. The next major hurdle sits near $0.1400, which matches the 0.786 Fibonacci retracement. A move toward that level would represent a significant extension. However, momentum indicators also suggest caution.
