44% of Direct Stocks and bStocks users belong to Generation Z, establishing themselves as the primary driver behind the adoption of traditional financial (TradFi) products on Binance. According to recent data from the crypto ecosystem, 77% of these young investors have received formal financial education, refuting the idea that they trade purely speculatively. Furthermore, the Gen Z cohort leads full-suite adoption, accounting for 48% of users who simultaneously trade the complete suite of TradFi instruments.

This phenomenon holds even greater relevance in emerging markets, where over 90% of the global user base is concentrated. For 13% of Gen Z investors in these regions, Binance represents their first access point to US equities. Contrary to high-risk stereotypes, these participants exhibit conservative behavior: leveraged ETFs account for just 5.9% of their trading volume, with users preferring to allocate 60% of their portfolios to solid sectors such as Information Technology and Semiconductors.

With a contribution of approximately $80 billion in TradFi trading volume year-to-date in 2026 and a monthly compound growth rate near 24%, Gen Z proves that fractional access and instant settlement are transforming the global financial landscape. The shift toward tech-driven financial inclusion backed by blockchain technology is solidifying as the dominant trend for coming generations.
