HashKey has combined its regional cryptocurrency exchanges into one trading application, creating a unified platform for compliant digital asset services. The update connects regulated operations across Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Bermuda through one interface. As a result, HashKey aims to simplify account access while maintaining separate compliance standards for every supported jurisdiction.
HashKey merges regional exchanges under one application
HashKey merged its HashKey Exchange and HashKey Global platforms into a single application as part of its broader Asia Connect strategy. The new platform replaces separate regional applications with one unified access point for eligible users. Meanwhile, the company continues managing compliance through jurisdiction-specific operating entities.
The application follows a unified entry model while maintaining localized compliance across every supported market. Users download one application and access regional services according to approved verification credentials. Therefore, each account remains subject to the regulations that govern its assigned jurisdiction.
The integrated structure connects operations in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai and Bermuda without combining their legal frameworks. HashKey assigns services according to each user’s verified location and eligibility. Consequently, the platform keeps regulatory obligations separate while simplifying the customer experience.
Regional services remain separated through local compliance
The Hong Kong operation continues supporting spot trading, over-the-counter transactions, and regulated wealth management products. It also provides fiat on and off ramps across four currencies and supports about 40 digital assets. Eligible users can access tokenized assets and compliant onchain financial products through the same application.
Singapore focuses on institutional over-the-counter trading supported by same-name virtual accounts. Corporate clients can complete transactions reaching $50 million, while individual clients have an $8 million trading limit across 21 cryptocurrencies. The Middle East platform provides spot trading and brokerage services under its regional regulatory framework.
HashKey keeps derivatives trading within its Global business for eligible international customers. The company blocks access from restricted jurisdictions through localized compliance controls. In addition, the application introduces a separate Web3 wallet portal that remains isolated from centralized exchange operations.
HashKey expands compliant infrastructure across regulated markets
HashKey also strengthened its institutional offering by combining cybersecurity protections with multiple regulatory approvals across participating markets. The company maintains digital asset insurance coverage to support institutional custody requirements. The platform continues operating under established security and privacy management standards.
HashKey Exchange operates through Hash Blockchain Limited, one of Hong Kong’s earliest licensed retail virtual asset exchanges. The business holds Type 1 and Type 7 licenses alongside a Virtual Asset Service Provider license. It also maintains ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications covering information security and data privacy.
The consolidation reflects a wider industry shift toward unified platforms operating under localized regulatory structures. Companies including OKX and Kraken already use similar models across multiple jurisdictions. HashKey now follows that approach while expanding compliant digital asset infrastructure across Asia and international regulated markets.
