Hyperliquid to Unlock $856 Million Worth of HYPE in Six Days

Hyperliquid is consistently building momentum and has continued to draw attention with its large token unlocks almost every month.

With September already wrapping up, the latest onchain data from Tokenomics shows that Hyperliquid has scheduled a major HYPE token unlock for October.

Hyperliquid sets date for next token unlock 

While HYPE has remained one of the most closely watched crypto assets among investors, considering its big price moves, its massive token unlock has often drawn interest from market participants.

According to the data, Hyperliquid is about to conduct the largest single token unlock currently scheduled for October among other crypto assets preparing for the same event during the month.

Notably, Hyperliquid has sparked a buzz in the crypto market as up to $856 million worth of HYPE tokens have been scheduled to be released on October 6.

With just about $1.3 billion in token releases expected for the broad crypto market next month, HYPE’s potential unlock accounts for the largest portion of the total token releases expected throughout the month.

Hyperliquid price outlook for October 

While it remains uncertain whether the potential large token unlock will pose a threat to HYPE’s price performance in October or support higher upswings, traders are hopeful that the yearly Uptober trend will drive a further rally for HYPE regardless.

With Hyperliquid already extending its positive monthly return into September with a modest gain of 1.85% for the month, market participants are hopeful that it will be able to sustain momentum into next month and extend the profit streak for the third consecutive month.
