BofA Keeps Buy Rating on NVDA Stock

Bank of America repeated its Buy rating on Nvidia and maintained a $350 price target. The firm said the financing structure places the funding burden on the investment consortium instead of Nvidia’s balance sheet.

BofA said this setup could leave Nvidia with more cash available for other uses while the company supports new AI infrastructure projects. The bank also said the deal may mark a move away from vendor financing and expects Nvidia to provide more details during its next earnings call.

Wells Fargo kept an Overweight rating on Nvidia and a $315 price target. The firm said the financing agreement shows Nvidia is expanding beyond its role as a supplier of AI chips.

Wells Fargo said Nvidia is becoming more involved in funding and building large AI data centers, which it called AI factories. The bank said this broader role could give Nvidia more exposure to the infrastructure side of the AI market.

Retail Traders Turn More Bullish

Retail sentiment around NVDA stock moved into bullish territory. Message activity also increased from normal to high as traders reacted to the financing agreement.

Some retail traders focused on Nvidia’s access to capital and share performance. Others pointed to the company’s 52-week high near $236 as a level to watch if buying interest strengthens.

BofA’s $350 target suggests about 61% upside from Nvidia’s Monday closing price. Wells Fargo’s $315 target points to about 45% upside, while the Koyfin analyst average of $302 suggests about 39%.

NVDA stock has gained more than 14% in 2026 and about 20% over the past 12 months. Wall Street now sees the financing partnership as a factor shaping Nvidia’s next phase of AI infrastructure expansion.
