Two assets are fighting for the bottom of the top-10 list right now. Hyperliquid (HYPE) sits 9th with a market cap of $19.78 billion, while Zcash (ZEC) holds 10th place at $19.22 billion. The gap between them is only about $560 million, so a small move can change their places. HYPE trades at $77.90 and has dropped 5.16% over the last week.
ZEC trades at $1,135.89, down 4.50% in the same period. Both coins are weaker than Bitcoin, which lost 2.23%, but they are holding up better than Ethereum, which fell 4.66%. Trading volume favors ZEC at $715.21 million over HYPE at $541.44 million, which indicates strong interest in the privacy coin.
Hyperliquid (HYPE) Analysis
On the chart, Hyperliquid peaked near $98 in late September and has been sliding since. The price now sits right at the 100-day moving average at around $77. This line has acted as support before, so buyers will likely try to defend it. If it breaks, the next important level is the 200-day line near $67.

The RSI is near 40, which points to weak momentum but not an oversold market. To turn bullish again, HYPE needs to reclaim the $82 to $83 zone.
Zcash (ZEC) Analysis
Zcash had a far bigger run. It jumped from about $500 in August to nearly $1,700 in September, a gain of more than 200%. The fall since then has been sharp, with the price dropping to around $1,050 before bouncing slightly.
ZEC is now trading below the 50-day average near $1,180, which has turned into resistance. The 100-day line near $1,000 is the main support, and the 200-day line near $790 is far below. The RSI is around 45, which is neutral.
Both assets share a similar pattern. They rallied hard, topped out in late September, and are now cooling off. The key difference is the distance to support. HYPE is already testing its 100-day line, while ZEC still has room to fall before reaching its own.
The race for 9th place will depend on which coin recovers first. A move above $82 for HYPE could widen its lead. A push above $1,200 for ZEC could flip the ranking and put the privacy coin back in front.
